INSTRUCTIONS<\/h5>\n

Chain 40 (See notes)<\/p>\n

Row 1: starting in 2nd chain from hook (sk ch does not count as a st), sc;
\npm to mark 1st st of the row; ch 1; sk ch; [sc into next ch; ch 1; sk ch]* rep []* until the last ch ending with a sc (20 sc, 19 ch 1)<\/p>\n

Row 2: ch 1 (does not count as a st throughout); sc into 1st ch 1 sp from row
\n1; pm to mark 1st st of the row; [sk st; ch 1; sc into next ch 1 sp]* rep [ ]* until
\nlast st (20 sc; 19 ch 1)<\/p>\n

Repeat Row 2 until the scarf is at your desired length. (See notes).<\/p>\n

Tassels (See Photos):
\n-Using the toilet paper roll, grab yarn at base with thumb and wrap the
\nyarn three full times around the roll. Cut yarn. Cut yarn in center at base of
\nthe toilet paper roll.
\n-You now have three strands of yarn approximately 12″ long. They will be
\n6″ long when attached to your scarf.
\n-Alternately, you can use a ruler and measure out 120 strands of yarn
\neach at 12″ long.
\n-Fold three strands in half, place crochet hook into first sc from front to
\nback, pull the three strands thru, remove hook and using your fingers, pull
\nthe yarn ends (6 total) thru the loop, hand tighten.
\n-Continue doing this along each sc on both ends of the scarf
\n-Trim the ends evenly<\/p>\n
